Privacy policy

Scope

KTML Hosting operates ktml.space and selected services published under the KTML domain. This policy describes baseline privacy practices for KTML-hosted websites and services unless a service publishes a more specific policy.

KTML does not sell visitor information or use behavioral advertising. Hosted services may use essential security, authentication, and operational mechanisms required to deliver and protect the service.

Information handled

• Ordinary request data: hosting, reverse-proxy, firewall, security, and application systems may process an IP address, request time, requested hostname or path, browser user-agent, response status, and related security decisions.
• Authentication and security state: restricted services may process account identifiers, authentication events, session state, essential cookies, access-control results, and security records.
• Service data: information intentionally submitted to a hosted application may be stored or processed as required for that application's function.
• Messages: information sent directly to KTML may be retained as reasonably necessary to answer the request and maintain related records.

Why it is used

Operational information is used to deliver services, authenticate authorized users, maintain reliability, investigate failures, enforce rate limits and access controls, detect abuse, and protect KTML infrastructure. It is not used to create advertising profiles.

Hosted services and third parties

Some KTML services rely on infrastructure, DNS, certificate, security, or upstream content providers. Those providers may receive limited request information when technically necessary to provide their part of the service.

Linked or embedded third-party services are subject to their own privacy practices.

A specific hosted service may publish additional privacy information when its data handling materially differs from this baseline policy. Where a service-specific policy conflicts with this page for that service, the more specific disclosure controls.

Retention and protection

Operational and security records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for reliability, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, backups, security investigations, and legal obligations.

Application data may be retained for the useful life of the applicable service or as otherwise disclosed by that service.

KTML uses technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to a privately operated hosting environment, but no networked system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may decline to use a service that requires authentication or essential browser state, although doing so may prevent the service from functioning.

You may ask about personal information associated with you, or request correction or deletion where applicable. KTML may need to verify the request and may retain information where reasonably necessary or legally required.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated as infrastructure, hosted services, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published.
