Agreement and scope
By accessing a KTML-hosted website or service, you agree to follow this policy and any additional terms presented by that service. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.
This policy applies to public KTML websites as well as authenticated, invitation-only, administrative, and private services exposed through KTML infrastructure.
Public and restricted access
A publicly reachable hostname does not imply unrestricted permission to use every endpoint, interface, API, administration page, or underlying system.
Restricted services may require authentication, an approved account, a trusted network, or other access controls. Public pages may be used for their intended purpose; restricted resources may be accessed only when explicit authorization has been granted and only within the scope of that authorization.
Authentication and credentials
Do not share credentials, session tokens, recovery material, private links, or other access mechanisms unless the applicable service expressly permits it.
Do not bypass, disable, evade, or interfere with authentication, browser challenges, rate limits, network restrictions, security controls, or other safeguards.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt KTML services; attempt unauthorized access; probe or enumerate private systems; introduce malicious traffic; perform credential attacks; exploit vulnerabilities; interfere with other users; scrape protected content; or use KTML infrastructure for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
Automated access is permitted only where a service explicitly provides a public automation interface or KTML has granted permission. Search indexing is permitted only where the applicable service's published search policy allows it.
Content, data, and media
Public availability does not automatically grant permission to republish, mirror, syndicate, bulk-download, resell, or incorporate KTML-hosted content into another public service.
Original KTML text, graphics, software presentation, camera media, and compiled datasets remain subject to applicable rights unless a specific page or license says otherwise. Third-party information, software, trademarks, and linked services remain subject to their respective owners' terms and licenses.
Security and enforcement
KTML may log requests, apply rate limits, require verification, revoke sessions, suspend accounts, block addresses or networks, or otherwise restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect infrastructure, enforce this policy, investigate abuse, or maintain reliability.
Security testing, scanning, or vulnerability research against KTML systems requires prior written authorization.
Availability and responsibility
KTML services are provided on an "as available" basis. Features may be changed, interrupted, restricted, or discontinued without a guarantee of continuous availability.
Users are responsible for determining whether a service or its information is suitable for their intended use.
Changes, governing law, and contact
KTML may update this policy by publishing a revised effective date. Unless a service states otherwise, this policy is governed by Oregon law without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Questions, permission requests, or access concerns may be sent to [email protected].
